Benchrest shoots-- Gary Davis chairman. So you're looking for something different to do. well now we have something. we will be starting 2 types of shoots. both benchrest. One, indoor the other outdoor. 75 foot Benchrest-- will be held indoors one Friday night a month. not sure which one yet.. it will be $2 a target and is a 50/50 shoot. that is 50% of the take goes to prizes. if you would like to help out, please let me know. I will have more details as soon as I get the range ready. There will also be a string shoot at the same time on Friday nights. This will be associated with the benchrest shoot. So bring any rifle and a pistol-- all .22 caliber down and try it out. 50 yard Benchrest-- Starting in April we will be doing Benchrest shoot on the big bore range. Anyone interested in helping out I could very much use the help. we need to construct 2 more benches like the wooden ones that are up there now. the shoot itself will consist of 25 rounds in 20 minutes at 50 yards. again its open to any gun but I will make categories to keep it fair. let me know if there's any interest in either of these 2 shoots. just email the club
